I know how much I enjoy the bread from the St. Paul Flatbread. I was determined to have just a small piece.  However, as it always happens, I could eat nothing less than a full loaf!  Thanks bunches!!  Terry Massad


 

 

Special Recipes and Treats

Having friends over or just want a special treat for your family?  Try any of these recipes using St. Paul Flatbread and other mid-Eastern treats. They will be a hit with everyone.

 

Hummus Roll-ups
Use our St Paul Flatbread hummus and our great flatbread. 

Spread a generous amount of hummus on the flatbread.
Roll up tight and cut into one-inch pieces and place on a platter

Flatbread Crisps
Place the piece of flatbread on a pizza pan and lightly brush butter on the surface of the flatbread.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the top of the bread.
Put the pan in the oven and place under the broiler until golden brown.  Remove on pizza pan and cut into squares.

Zaatar Spice Bread
Take flatbread and spread with olive oil.
Sprinkle green zaatar spice over the top of the bread and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until brown.
Cut with a pizza cutter.

Use our famous garlic sauce or hummus for a fantastic dip.

Cheese Quesadilla
Use our famous flatbread and sprinkle your favorite cheese on half of the bread.

Microwave the bread and cheese for 30 seconds, or broil until golden brown.

Parmesan Cheese Crunchies
Take one piece of flatbread and spread with olive oil or butter.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the surface of the bread. 
Broil until golden brown.

Cut with a pizza cutter and serve with our garlic supreme or hummus.  You can also dip in spaghetti sauce.
